Dr. Poornima Baddi

Pediatrician

Dr.Poornima Baddi is double board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. She graduated from Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Medical College in India before completing her pediatric residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. She practiced general pediatrics for many years before pursuing her pediatric nephrology fellowship at Children’s hospital of Michigan/Wayne State University. She is well versed in caring for healthy as well as sick children with acute and certain chronic conditions. Dr.Baddi is excited to partner with Dr.Sai to practice pediatrics at Healthy Kidz! She loves watching children grow and develop and take part in their journey from their newborn stage to young healthy adults. She loves caring for the child as well as listening to the caregiver as she believes that strong families lead to healthy kids and healthy adults which makes for a stronger community. When she is not taking care of patients she loves spending time with her husband and 3 children, travelling with them and listening to music.
